Classroom Teacher Field Day

  • 29 Aug 2020
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Catawba College, Salisbury, NC

Save the date for a new event just for classroom teachers!

In partnership with the Center for the Environment, EENC is planning a full day of professional development for current and future classroom teachers.  Join us for a sampling of EE curricula, get lessons you can take home for your classroom, and make connections with like-minded teachers and educators from across the state.

During the day, you’ll rotate through various stations, experiencing lessons and activities from curricula such as  Project WET, Project WILD, Project Learning Tree, Air is All Around Us, Project EXPLORE, and more! Teachers will be sharing tried and true EE lessons and techniques. Even if you've taken a workshop on one of these topics before, our facilitators will be showcasing amazing activities that are not often included in full day workshops. So there should be something new for everyone!

Event  will be eligible for 7 hours of Criteria II or III credit for NC EE Certification and potentially 0.7 CEU's.

More details and registration information coming soon!
