At this time, we are planning to hold the 2021 EENC/SEEA conference IN PERSON at Lutheridge. With over 200 attendees registered to attend part or all of the EENC/SEEA conference, we are committed to minimizing potential exposure to COVID-19 for all of our conference attendees. With that in mind, please note the following pandemic precautions we will have in place during the conference:
1. All attendees must show either A) proof of a COVID vaccine or B) proof of a negative COVID test within 48 hours of your arrival to be admitted to the conference. You may present a copy or a photo of your vaccination card if you do not wish to bring the original.
2. You will be asked to sign a Lutheridge COVID waiver and health assessment form when you check in at the registration desk.
3. Face coverings must be worn so that they cover your mouth and nose at all times in any shared spaces (session rooms, hallways, lobbies, etc). You may remove your mask in your personal room, during meals, or outside.
4. We will enable attendees to maintain social distancing wherever possible. Note, however, that not all session rooms will allow for us to provide 6 feet of space between attendees. Use your discretion when choosing which sessions to attend.
If you do not feel well, please do not attend the conference. EENC is not be able to provide options for live streaming or virtual attendance.
If state or local governments implement pandemic restrictions that significantly limit our attendance or prevents it entirely, the conference will be canceled and refunds will be made to all registrants.
If you have any questions please contact Conference Co-chairs, Shannon Culpepper and Chris Goforth at conference@eenc.org.
